Our Monday

I have to tell you that I am really really enjoying homeschooling my children. It's challenging at times but so fun and rewarding too! Here is a little peek at what we did today since I had my husbands little Kodak camcorder that takes still shots:

These are some new fun items we added to our school this past week! So exciting!
These Unifix Cubes and Geo Boards can be purchased here

Tater Tot and Drama Mama making shapes on their boards. They had a lot of fun with this.

Wiggle Worm decided to join them. This happens a lot during our day. Especially
during school time, but we just roll with it :)

We made Pilgrims out of spoons! Check out this great activity here. I
modified it a bit to my liking (and because it was easier for me).

The finished product! Aren't they cute?!?! The pilgrims I mean...chuckle....

We will be reading the following books this month:

I am anticipating a wonderful month of learning about The Mayflower, Pilgrims and Indians, Turkeys, trying new recipes, and making lots of fun crafty-ish things. Keep checking back to see what we're up to!

I'm your newest follower.
